changed job on EAD, AC21 not filed, travelling

Hello all, first of all, I wanted to thank you all for providing such a valuable service.
Coming to my query, I was on H1B, applied for 485 two years ago (both myself and my wife). I140 was approved. No longer working for H1 company as I changed jobs on EAD about an year ago. I and my wife have valid EAD and AP till Dec 2009. I did not apply AC21.

My questions:
1) Now, I am planning to go to India for couple of weeks and was wondering if there would be any problem at port of entry.
2) I have 2 I94s, one in my passport and one on the H1 paper (valid till Nov 2009). Which one should I submit while leaving?
3) My wife also has 2 I94s, one in passport and one on her approved H1B papers. Her H1B was approved for Oct 2007 but she got her EAD later that year and she worked on her EAD till this May. I was wondering if she will have any problem at port of entry (she has valid EAD and AP like me). And which I94 should she submit?

Not a lawyer but I don't beleive at POE they worry too much about did you file AC 21 or not. As long as you have a valid AP and valid EAD you should be good. I would surrender both I-94's at departure.
