I changed the job recently, New job is same as my previous job. Preparing to file AC21.
My new job is exactly same as my old job. Same business applications, Same platform, Same IT languages and everything is same.
In my labor certificate, my previous job responsiblities were condensed to 4 lines. My current employer is ready to give me letter with same 4 lines.
But, my current(new) lawyer don't want to file that way. He wants to use the detailed job description instead. Detailed job description is more than one page(Each responsibilities such as design, maintain ,..are explained in detail).
As a technical person, can say there are no differences in both job description.
Same business applications were mentioned in both description, responsiblities were mentioned in both (on labor each condensed to single word, Very few of them worded differently, Ex. one has Analysis, other has Research), software languages and tools were mentioned in both (On labor only major one's were mentioned. On new job description, in addition to major one's, few supporting tools and platform were also mentioned. Technically, major one's can be used only on the mentioned platform and with mentioned supporting tools)
I am concerned about how non-technical people at USCIS can see it.
Do you see any issues or problems with filing the AC21 with detailed job description.
