Changed employers-140 CP / AOS - Please Advice
I applied my labor through company x (small comapany) and was working for that company and now I changed to company Y. My labor with company X recently got approved and I am about to file I140. Will there be any issues with BCIS because of this?? Should I go Cp or AOS?? Please advise.
