I changed my employer for the first time after staying 5 years with the company. But I changed employer only afte an year of filing my I-485. I am doing good with my present employer and my ex-employer also did not have any problems with me he said he will support with any queries that I recive from INS till I get my GC. My questions is I did not submits any AC21 or any other forms. So, is it a problem. Please advice. I have been recieving all my regular renewals of EAD's and Advance paroles properly.

Thanks

Is it good if I submit my AC21 now and get rid of RFE. Or is RFE is defintly going to be issued on my case ?.

A bit of a coin toss really

some have had it - some have not. You could do it proactively - the question being what do you send and will what you send satisfy them? The main ones are:
New employer letter, with salary, position, job description and a statement that they intend to employ you in a permanent capacity. In that you could also have them state that your change from the previous employer was > 180 days, thus you are invoking AC21.

W2s for 3 years or so.

Pay stubs (around 3 seems to be the average number).

Evidence that the new firm can pay you, in the shape of tax forms, audited accounts etc.

Those seem to be the main ones - but they could ask for a whole gamut of things: passport, lease agreement, medical forms, statement you have not overstayed - people are getting all kinds of requests - just look through the archives and you will see. So you may be just raising more questions than answers by being proactive - the general rule of thumb is - if and when an RFE comes, give them what they ask for.
