I am new to this Forum . Actually my case I 140 EB3 RD 08/11/2004 has been filed in NSC. I have another employer who says he will file my I 140 petition in VSC which process so much faster than NSC. Please my question is will there be any legal problem from USCIS or from the employer who has filed in NSC. Mine is CP and I am staying outside USA.
