It will be 6 months in FEB for filling my 485, so I was planing to change to Permanent job after feb. However, I need to confirm the below before I take that step: -
1. Can my present employer revoke the I-140 (mine approved in NOV 2007) or is there any thing I need to worry about after 6 months are over for filling my 485 in case I plan to switch after Feb to a Permanent job.
2. Currently, I am a Sr. Programmer (10 yrs exp), and job offered to me was of a Project Manager/Lead. So, in that case there will be a change in job description. Will that affect GC processing in anyways. I will be filling AC 21 anyways.
3. If I change the Permanent job after say 3 years and my 485 status is still pending (EAD renewed every year), will there be any document I need to submit to USCIS.
