Change to Client company after 180 days???

Hi, please help me to confirm how I am eligible to change job. Any input I appreciate.

My client company give me two options. Either go back to my company or hire me in as client employee. I have both H1B(valid untill 3/02) status and valid EAD(untill 5/02) The question is that:
1. If I take the offer, should I apply for another H1B?
2. Should I inform INS that I change the job?
3. Anything else I have to consider?

If you wait 180 days since AOS, you could join the client on EAD.
