Lets say I have a I140 is progress, now I decide to join a new employer. my green card process is starting from fresh now. But my old employer is still willing to not to revoke my 140 and lets say it gets approved down the line. Can I come back and request to change the PD of my new GC using this labour and 140 approval of my old application?
