I took the written test while holding H1B, and got my leaner's permit.
But now I left the company and trying to change my visa type to F1.
I haven't take the road test yet and I'm going to once I got the apoointment time from DMV in 4-6 weeks. It is going to be a problem if my visa type become F1 by then??
What the problem might be if there is one?
And another thing I worry about is that my case is still pending/H1B to F1, so strange.
If I fail to get F1 visa, ho much time do I have left? Can I apply for tourist visa for a longer time to take care of everything? How much longer will it be? When should I start applying?
