I am on L2 visa.We have applied for I-94 extension on 27-DEC-05 as our I-94 expires on 15-JAN-2006.I dont have EAD.
1. Can I apply for EAD before getting confirmed I-94 extension?
2. Can any company give me H1-B so that I can work without EAD?
3. Can I start work with the same company as soon as I get H1-B?
Bottomline is I want to work please let me know what are the options open for me??
Please answer these questions.
