Hello,everybody. I got married to an asylee, he was granted his status in 1999, he still waiting for his green card. I came to US as a student, j-1 and then was triyng to change my status for the visitor B-2, and still waiting for the answer. Can I apply for any status connected to my marrige, can I file for employment autorization or I-130?
