Change of status

Hi,

I applied thru Buffalo in Oct 2000 and now in a process of waiting for 6 months before medical. I have following questions:
1) My spouse US Visa status is changed from h4 to f1. Do I need to inform canada office regarding this change and if 'YES' what documents to send?
2) 6 month period before medical is ending in 1st week of may but my wife need to go to india in april end. Is it okay of we can go for medical 15 days before 6 monts period end?

As they have written, 6 month wait is not mandatory. I guess you can do your medical any time you want....

I dont know whether somebody else did it before 6 month. Its a new procedure. So it all depends though.....
