I came to usa on b2 visa..... it was my third visit...... i applied for change of status for f1.... now once i am on f1 visa if i got h1b job and wish to go to us embassy at home country what i am gonna face........ will they surely gonna deny my application ...... becoz i changed my status here in usa..... what do you think
if you have legitimate reasons for the change and ahve a strong H1 case this should not be an issue especially if you were legally present here at all times.
