Hi ,
I currently have an h1B and a valid I-94 till nexy year.
If I want to get a new H1B for another employer,
1. Will that be a Change of Status from L1 to H1 ?
2. Is there a provision for my employer to file a new H1 without change of status and my will my L1 be still valid in that case even after the H1 gets approved ?
