Change of status H4 to H1B

I am an H1B visa holder and I recently (a week back) applied for change of employer from existing company to a new company.Along with my application for H1B transfer I did applied for my wife's H4 transfer.Mean while today I have got my wife's H1B visa approved and I have her approval notice along with her I 94 extended till 2009.What should I do now?.Should I send my wife's H1B approval notice to USICS to inform them about change of status to H1B. or Is there any way I can withdraw my wife's H4 transfer application.Please help.

You don't have to worry about informing USCIS. Since its internally taken care. But to be on safer side its better to just drop a email or send a postal letter storing the acknowledgement that you have informed them. PeacE!!
