I am now currently on B2 visa, once I got the I20 from the Graduate School, I plan to do a change of status from B2 to F1, but with the following questions: (come from Hong Kong)
1) I have not state my intention to study in US when entering US, is this causing problem? (As the BCIS said that only stating this intention can do a change of status)
2) If what the BCIS is right, any method or any attorney can fix this for me?
