my husband and I are both on a F-1 visa status and currently in the US. He just finished his masters degree and now he is practicing his OPT. He also just opened a business and he would like to change his status to E-2, and at the same time to change my status as his spouse.
Would you please give us some advices if you are familiar with this situation or you have experienced the same challenge.
