Hi! An employer has filed for an H1 visa for me for the position of a Marketing Research Analyst under Premium Processing category. BCIS has reverted and has issued a RFE asking for things from the employer such as:
1. Job description
2. Position
3. Prior Job listings
4. Job Ads
5. If the company has ever hired a marketing person previously
6. Company profile
7. Company's products or services.
The employer is a small but fast growing company, and has not hired a marketing research analyst before.
I want to ask if this is routine query, and whether this is to be construed as something negative. I am really worried about this. Please advise.
