Change of status and traveling

I was granted asylum in 99 apply for change for change status (still waiting) . I am planning to travel out of the US so I apply for travel document and I just got an email saying it’s on it way.


DO I NEED any thing else from USCIS to be able to go out the country and comeback with out problem ??????

I assume you applied for Refugee Travel Document. If so all you need is just to obtain visa from the consulate of the country you gonna travel to, which will be stamped in your RTD. Take you National Passport, initial I-94 and a copy of the asylum approval letter just in case. Once I was asked by the officer to show my NP. Good luck!
