Please help!
My sister and her husband received a NL for DL2007 on 5/1/07. Their case # is EUR6XXX . They filled out the paperwork and sent it to Kentucky on 5/9. In the forms, they stated their country of residence as Israel and that all four members of the family will be moving to the US together. Now, because of the war, they want to come here on their tourist visas and do AOS instead. Is it possible? If not, they want to be able to at least send their two little kids here before they are able to come themselves. Can anyone tell me if changes like that are allowed after the first package of paperwork is sent? They don't want to do anything that would jeopardize their chances of getting a Greencard. Thank you!
