change of processing times!!!

USCI is now processing cases with receipt of 03/30/00 or before. When was the last time it was updated? When should we expect another update??

I wonder when would they take time to update these dates on their official website
If Ngwaniya Ashcroft case goes thru successfully, we can see a big jump in these dates.

If my calculation is right. if the lawsuit is taken effect then the processing should be 09/01??

Dude that would be so awesome. I will get my GC since my RD is 04/02/01. I think they until November to finalize negotiations regarding Ngwaniya Ashcroft case.

Wasn't it January 15 or 16 2005 for the court of appeals?

If I remembered correctly, it moved from 02/99 to 11/99 last year over a period of a few months.

This is the first time it moved this year, so I'm definitely looking for it to move again! I'll be pissed if doesn't move beyond 08/00 in 04 with the lawsuit and all..
