Change of name in N-400 application

I would like to change my first name at the time of applying for US Citizenship (N-400 form).

I am trying to think of the possible implications ?

1. Processing time-wise. (would it take longer than normal)

2. After approval (oath), I'll need to have the name-change reflected on all records (drivers lic, banks, credit cards, etc)

Has anyone gone thru similar process?, please share your experience.
