Change of name for spouse w.r.t. GC

My wife and I have both received our 485 approvals. However, her's is still in her maiden name despite the fact that our lawyer had sent a letter to BCIS a long time back about the name change to married name. My question is what do we need to take with us for our stamping so that when we file for the GC, she will get it in her married name? Does the local office require some proof? If so, what kind? BTW, she received her APs and EADs with the new name but not the 485 related notices.
 
I guess, you need to file I-90 for name change at the time when you get I-551 stamp in your passport. As far as proof is concerned, you can show EAD / AP documents and old/new passports for comparison.
