Change of maiden last name after 485 approval

Hi guys,

Our 485 got approved last week and will be getting our stamping done next week....

My last name on the card would be my maiden name....... now I'd like to get it changed to my husband's last name...didn't do it all along as we didn't want to confuse those guys further....when do u think is the ideal time to get it done and how do we go abt it? any experiences, inputs?

Can you give me your case details..Your ND for 485 and FP done and received and any change in your LUD's?

You need to file I-90 form (and pay fee $185) to do any change in your GC card (including name change). I would change the names in following order:

1. passport
2. social security card
3. drivers license/state ID card
4. green card
