Change of jobs

1) Those who filed I 485 can change their job before 180 days provided
 
· The I-140 sponsoring company should not withdraw the I-140 before 180 days.
· If you get the FP before 180 days try to postpone until 180 days. (This will work for the laid off also)
· Then Inform the INS by certified mail for the change of job
 
  
2) Can change the job after 180 days immediately inform the INS by certified mail.

Please correct me if I am wrong
