Change of jobs after I-551

Can one change jobs after getting the I-551 stamp but before receiving the Plastic Card? Will that cause any problems in getting the \'Plastic Card\'?

This is a good question really. But as of today we have not heard anything bad even chnging jobs immediately. No one can define how long onehas to hangover the same company.

People usually say that one has to be with the same company for about 6 months or so after becoming a Permenant Resident. But I don\'t think that is the rule since you are allowed to change employers after 180 days of filing for 485.
I am wondering if changing jobs after 551 stamp will have any consequences with regard to getting the \'Plastic Card\'.
