Hi ,

I got my green card 2 months back and got passport stamped. My question is can I change the job before getting plastic card as Iam getting very less salary from my present employer and got some good offer from a company?

The decision is purely depending on using BASIC/SELF instinct, and I don't think this forum can any way guide you to decide your future course of action once you case is approved.

Putting a question like bought a car last week and applied for a new plate and willing to sell the car(getting a good offer), I do not think, you should wait for the plate to come.

good to stay atleast 6 months with the employer who sponser'd your GC
 
There is no definite rule about this. But, I think most of the lawyers recommend at least 6 months to demonstrate USCIS that you had were sincere about the future employment (obtained by GC).
