I changed my job last week. so should i hire a new lawyer? or can i just wait for BCIS to send REF or approval to me?

Assuming you have a company attorney - you need to change the attorney (if that attorney stops serving you) and inform BCIS of the change because the RFE goes to the current attorney.
 
yes i had a company attorney, he will stop represent me!

What i dont have a attorney ? where will BCIS send the RFE?

OR

BCIS forget to change the new attorney change ?
 
You need to inform BCIS if you are not having an attorney or if you change your attorney. Otherwise BCIS will send the RFE to the old attorney. Changing attorney takes precedence to everything else and BCIS will not dump your form (G-28).
