IF THEY ARE ASKING FOR A NEW 140 FOR THE COMPANY NAME CHANGE, HOW CAN IT BE POSSIBLE TO ACCEPT THE OLD 140, IF YOU CHANGE THE COMPANY (UNDER S2045).

Why not. That is the Point in the new bill. Old I140 will be valid and is portable if "you are in same .."

My question is: How do you work for the new company?
I mean select one of the 3 options
1> Do you have to do new H1 with new company while waiting for you 485 to be approved or
2> Do you need to get EAD card based on your 485 application and use that to work for new company or
3> dont need H1 or EAD go work for new company as if you have a GC

You should have EAD to work with another company.
