I am new to this forum, but wanted to get some opinions on a question. I am a physician in General Internal Medicine, who filed and got approval for self-petitioned I140 based on working in underserved area for 5 years, which ends in 7/04. I plan to go back to do a subspecialty (cardiology) fellowship training in 2005(which is at a significantly lower salary). My I485 was concurrently filed in 6/03 in TSC. Obviously, I dont expect it to be approved by 7/05. Would there be a problem if I get a RFE for employment (since fellowship would be in cardiology and not general medicine and at a lower salary).
