Change of job after GC

Good question - there are too many answers 
There is an excellent article on www.imminfo.com (in the News & Analysis section) that provides some guidelines. Sorry, I cannot get to the site right now, so, I do not have a link.
I find it to be an amazing contradiction I can easily change jobs BEFORE I get my approval (AC21), but if was to do the same AFTER getting a GC, then all sorts of questions and red flags about intent are raised!!!!
