Hello All:
I am planning on switching my job (RFE already replied to INS) but no approval due to freeze. Now my new job requires significant travel involving international travel -- will I need to renew my advance parole for the new employer or my old parole which is not expiring for another 9 months will still be valid..responces and guidance appreicated.

Your AP is still good. You are eligible for AP because you'r I-485 is pending, not because of who you are working for. Employment is governed separately by your EAD. This is different from H-1B where change of employers requires your to revalidate your visa
The only reason your AP would be voided, is if your I-485 is denied. I'm assuming that your new job is reasonably similar to your previous one and falls under AC21 act.
The only reason you should be cautios when traveling with AP is if you have even been out of status ( see Travel Advisory for Aliens
With Pending Immigration Applications http://www.ins.gov/graphics/publicaffairs/advisories/02.11insissu.htm ). If not - you're good to go, regardless of your current employer.
Hope this helps
