Change of job (180 days rule)

Guys need your suggestions.

Job changing is common during the 180 days period due to lay-offs etc. What happens if
we on our own change the company after 180 days from RD/ND on EAD, and join the other
company with similar job, more pay etc.Since the lawyer is with old company, will the sponsoring
company create trouble for this, to be more specific can they withdraw GC application .

I have seen discussion on this site, in case of RFE(pay stuff and employment letter) we should
get letter from the new company and the latest pay-stuffs. Here do we have to take any letter from
the old GC sponsoring company, and any other formalities involved.

Guidance will be highly appreciated.
