I am in EB3. My priority date is SEP 2004.
Currently I am on H1 (extension for 3 yrs, until 2010).
My I-140 got approved. I didn't fle for I-485.
I changed from AOS to CP, using I-824 and it got approved. I currently live in US.
I am planning to go back to India, for personal reasons.
My employer in US, says that I can work for him, even from India.
Can I come back to US, anytime before 2010, as my H1 is valid until 2010 (ofcourse after getting visa stamped)?
Is there any issue if I change my employer after going to India ?
After getting my Green Card through CP, can I come back to US and work for my current Employer in US ?
What happens if my current Employer does not take me at that time ? Do I have to start my GC all over again ?
I appreciate if anybody clarifies this.
