Change of Employer

My company is no longer performing very well. Please I would like to know if I can change employers when I get my EAD.

What document do I need to send to INS if I change employers?

How does this affect my pending 485.

You are eligible for AC21. You have to do nothing or very little for that. Just find a suitable- 'similar' job. Get an EAD- what is your work status. It should have no impact on GC. Check out The AC21 Forum for all details.
