Hi
I am on H1-B and with same employer since beginning. I had Labour and I-140 cleared. Now the client to which i am working is offering full time. Can i carry the status from previous company (I-140) to present company and process further with GC ? IS it possible or is there any such way to proceed or do i need to start GC process from the beginning with new employer ? Please advice.
