I am on H1B at Company B with 8 months left on the 6th year of H1B. Company B is yet to start the GC process.
When I switched from Company A, I-140 was in pending status.
Since then, that I-140 petition filed through Company A, has been approved and I have a copy of the approval.
1. Could I get 3 year H1B extention through the Company B?
2. What if the the two jobs are different is it still possible to get extention?
