change of employer using AC21?????

Hi Guys

I am thinking of changing my employer using AC21. Currently my 485 case is with NSC and I am thinking of relocating to Texas. So If I get a full time job in Texas does this cause problem to my 485 case? Will my case gets transferred as I need to report my change of address? My new full time position may be different than the current one.

Pls need you valuable input.

No problem as long it is > 180 from RD

Not a legal opinion. It will still be with NSC as far I know.

Even after 180 days, work profile should be same to change jobs.
