My 485 is pending since 20 months and i decide to change my current employer(who applied my GC). Now my new employer
offered me either fulltime or w2 hourly employment. Hourly job looks very beneficial to me, but is it ok to take
hourly job while my 485 was pending. Which one will be good in case if i get RFE.
Also what all documents do i need from the new employer in case of RFE.
