Hello Rajiv ji, thank you for helping out the community. I had a small query:
My current employment is ending on December 24th, and I’m starting a job with a new employer on January 5th. The H-1B petition has been approved for the new employer. Will the 11 days gap be considered towards the grace period? Should I be concerned? Are there any action items to inform uscis about this?
