change of employer after concurrent

Can we change job/employer after 6 months of concurrent filing. I filed concurrent in 2004 Aug. Now my client is asking to join as full time employee after 4months since i will be eligible for AC21??? I am confused after OHATO memo. What will be the consiquences?? please flow your thoughts. I do not discuss this with my lawyer since he is representing my company. Please help in this matter

i've discussed a lot about this issue in the previous many treads. please search my articles. In a nuts shell, it's still a gray area if you can use AC21. if you have no choice, then do it. I think you got 80% chance to get approval. MTR may add another 10%. if you have choice and do not like to take risk, stay until you got your I140 cleared.
