Change of center for 485 processing

I have approved 140 and pending 485 with TSC. have EAd and AP.
I live in California and FP was also doen at San Jose.
I want to knwo if I can move my pendign 485 to local office here as the rpocesing is much faster here..
Any suggestions???
My PD is August 2002. Has there been any movement on EB3 pioroty dates?

Many ppl have expresed similar wish.

Service centers have their own guideline to transfer cases to other CS's and Local Offices.

Usually transfered to another CS is triggered when their system shows u are nomore in their juridiction.

But transfer to Local INS office is not good sign for EB cases. usualy ppl try to avoid anything situation that trigger this.
