as far as you got the RFE notice in hand.
If you can provide all the required documents asked for, may be you can send them to INS directly. Only thing is that the format of employment verification letter can be made in a better way with the help of an attorney. If you are going to send G-28 form again to represent you in case of interviews, may be it can delay the process. Did you change jobs during the process?

I did change my job
Yes. I have changed my job, since my previous company laid me off. I am working on my EAD now. The thing is my current attoney is my previous employer's. They are not responsible anymore. But they are willing to proceed my case. Somehow I am not feeling comfortable with them( I don't feel any moral support from them). That is why?
