We all know that INS wants all non immigrant to inform of any address change within 10 days of moving. I am in the last stages of my GC processing (employment based). I have found a new job which is located in a different place and I am moving to a different city, which happens to be in the same state. However, I am planning to keep my present appartment for the next couple of months even though I will not be staying there because of my new job.
The question then arises is does one still need to inform INS of an address change? You expert opinion will be greatly appreciated.
