Where to file???

I have a question for those who have filed their change of address. I found the following two addresses in the TSC addresses list.

General correspondance
-----------------------------
BCIS TSC
PO Box 851488
Mesquite, TX 75185-1488

Courier Delivery
--------------------
BCIS TSC
4141 N. St. Augustine Rd.
Dallas, TX 75227


Which one is the right address for notifying the change of address. I would really appreciate if anyone could get reply.

Mailing Change of Address Forms to INS

November 8, 2002

In order to process all change of address requests (INS Form AR-11) in the most efficient and expeditious manner, INS now has a new mailing address for these forms:

Immigration and Naturalization Service
Change of Address
P.O. Box 7134
London, KY 40742-7134

For commercial overnight or fast freight services, only:

Immigration and Naturalization Service
Change of Address
1084-I South Laurel Road
London, KY 40744

thanks for the posting. I was not asking where to file AR-11. I was asking where to send in TSC?
