Change Of Address

I Applied for 485 recently and then had to change apartments. Is it ok to just file the form AR-11 or do i have to file someother application at the INS Vermont Office??

File AR-11, and ask for mail to be 'held'

It is always safer to file an AR-11 but since the chances of the COA being updated in VSC is pretty slim, you may want to have your mail 'held' at the post office. If you are still in the vicinity, you could run down once or twice a week and get your mail.
Perfectly legal and free!!

I already have my forwarding address at the old post office........But do they forward stuff like EAD??
