One way is to call NSC, talk to an IIO and confirm they have your new address.
If not visit the INS website and the page for NSC. They have specific instructions on where to address a change of address.
Additionally don't forget to fill the AR-11 form and send to the address in Washington, DC shown in the instructions. You have to report the new address to both INS NSC and INS in Washington, DC.
Good luck

Thanks Alanpero1,
actually I didn't know that I have to send it to 2 addresses, I only sent it to the address on the form, will it complicate things if I send it again to both addresses, the first time I sent it via regular mail, so I don't have any proof of doing that?

If you talk to an IIO and they have your new address, then you don't have to send them again.
Otherwise, report the change of address to both INS NSC and INS Washington, DC. I always use the US Post Service Prioirty Mail with delivery confirmation.
Good luck
