I read the notification by Justice Department regarding the Change of Address in the newspaper. It was stated that criminal procedures will be initiated on those who dont notify the change of address within 10 days. I am GC and I have not notified my change of address and I have also filed an application with INS (giving my new address) for Replacement of my card... 'coz the name in the card is mis-spelled.. I have this card for 7 years I didnt care to change the error in my name.. Now I wanted to change the name and I have submitted the application with INS... plz advice me..
