Change of Address

I just called the INS Customer Service Center and to inform them my address changed. They asked me to send a letter directly to NSC with the following address:

    INS NSC
    ATTN: Change of Address
    P.O. Box 82521
    Lincoln, NE 68501-2521

Anybody has the same experience? Please comment and appreciate your feedback!! Thanks
