change of address

Dear Folks

    I am in my 485 stage with my finger printing done. I will be changing my home address. It is in the same city but different location.
     1) What should I do? i went to www.ins.gov and downloaded AR 11 is this the right form or do I need to get another form.
    2) Do I need to apply individually for myself and my wife
    3) How long will it take for this to happen and do I have to call the IIO to find out whether the change of address has happened or not?

    Any suggestions and experiences are appreciated

I had posted this y\'day.
Just called INS spoke with an IIO (long wait 25 mts) who was courteous and helped me change my address for all Cases (I485/AP/EAD) for my wife and I. I just could not belive this. Kudos to NSC center. The reason I called IIO was because I was getting anxious as to why I did not receive AP/EAD notices and as it turns out the post office sent them back as undeliverable. One other thing he told me my AP was approved 17th July for which I have yet to receive the notice

The voice mail at NSC also tells you , u can update your address by talking to IIO during normal business hours.
